Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to businesses, organizations, and sole proprietors (“Customer”, “you”) who purchase a subscription to the Go Bonoos Business Portal operated by Basaamad Co, registered in Denmark under CVR number 36612266 (“we”, “our”, “us”).

2. No Consumer Rights of Withdrawal
The Portal is offered exclusively to businesses. The EU 14-day consumer right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and that your order is final, subject to this Policy

3. Auto-Renewal and How to Cancel

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from Portal → Account/ Billing or by emailing support@gobonoos.com from your admin email.

Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period (no partial-period refunds). You will continue to have access until that date.

If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Refunds and Credits

No refunds or credits are issued for partial periods, unused features, or downgrades that take effect in the next cycle.

Fees, taxes, and charges paid to third parties (e.g., payment processing fees) are non-refundable.

Where a mandatory law requires a refund, we will comply with that law.

Custom services, onboarding, or one-time setup fees are non-refundable once delivered or started.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately; the additional fee for the remainder of the current term may be charged pro-rata.

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Feature/limit changes may apply only after the downgrade starts.

6. Suspension or Cancellation by Us
We may suspend or cancel your subscription immediately (without refund) if you:
(a) breach the Terms & Conditions – Go Bonoos Business Portal;
(b) fail to pay fees when due;
(c) use the service unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights; or
(d) attempt chargeback without first contacting support.
Unpaid accounts may be suspended; reactivation may require payment of all past-due amounts and a reactivation fee.

Service discontinuation: We may discontinue the Portal or a plan at any time upon 30 days’ notice. If we terminate for convenience, we will refund any pre-paid unused fees for the remaining term on a pro-rata basis.

7. Effect of Cancellation

Your access ends when the current billing cycle expires (or immediately if we cancel under Section 6).

You are responsible for exporting your data before access ends.

After cancellation, we will keep customer data for up to 90 days and may then delete it, except where a longer retention period is required by law or for backup/archival integrity.

Data export assistance beyond self-service tools may be available on request and may be chargeable.

8. Taxes and Invoices
All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Disputes regarding an invoice must be raised within 10 days of the invoice date; otherwise the invoice is deemed accepted for the purposes of cancellation and collections.
