1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bonoos mobile application (“App”), operated by Basaamad Co registered in Denmark under CVR number 36612266 (“we,” “our,” “us”).

Bonoos is a B2C mobile application that lets consumers send discount requests for products or services to participating businesses and receive responses (e.g., accepted price, counteroffer, decline). The App is not a marketplace, checkout, or payment service.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

The App is suitable for general audiences. However, if you are under the age of digital consent in your country (typically 16 in the EU/EEA), you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

The App and its content are strictly limited to lawful, non-adult, non-regulated products and services. Bonoos does not host, promote, or facilitate content or requests related to sexual or adult material, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, weapons, or any other restricted categories under local or platform regulations.

2. Scope of Service

Bonoos is a communication and facilitation platform only.

We do not buy, sell, supply, or deliver any products or services listed by businesses.

We do not create, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of any discount, voucher code, or promotional offer provided by a business in response to your request.

Any transaction you choose to complete with a business after using the App is a direct agreement between you and that business. We are not a party to such agreements and have no responsibility for them.

We do not guarantee that any business will respond or provide a discount.

Offers/vouchers are subject to the business’s own terms, expiry dates, exclusions, and availability; we do not verify inventory, prices, or eligibility.

The App is a facilitation/communications tool only and does not store your requests indefinitely; you should keep your own records.

​3. Our Limited Role and Disclaimers
a. Limited Involvement
We are not:

The seller, supplier, manufacturer, or service provider of any product or service offered through the App.

Responsible for the availability, quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any product, service, or offer.

Responsible for ensuring that voucher codes, discounts, or offers function as intended or are honored by a business.
b. Communication Only
Our role is limited to facilitating communication between you and participating businesses. We do not verify, monitor, or endorse any business, nor do we guarantee that any business will respond to your request.
c. No Guarantee of Offer Acceptance
Submitting a discount request does not obligate any business to accept or provide a discount. We are not responsible if:

A business fails to respond to your request.

A business withdraws or modifies an offer before you accept it.

A business provides an inaccurate or misleading offer.
d. Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from:

The failure of a voucher code or discount to function.

Any dispute between you and a business.

Any product defect, service issue, or failure to fulfill an order.
Misuse of the App by you or any business.
e. No advice
Information in the App (including any guidance about prices/discounts) is for general information only and is not legal, tax, or consumer advice.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You will not (and will not help others to): (a) use the App unlawfully or to deceive/fraud businesses; (b) submit requests with false identity or repeated unreasonable “spam” requests; (c) attempt to redeem or manipulate vouchers/discounts contrary to the business’s rules; (d) copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App; (e) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (f) circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls;(g) Submit or request discounts for prohibited or restricted products, including but not limited to: alcohol, tobacco, vaping, drugs, adult or sexual products, weapons, or violent content.
(h) Use the App to promote or reference illegal, discriminatory, or offensive material.

5. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you:

Are of legal age or have parental consent under applicable data protection laws..

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account.

6. User Responsibilities
You will keep your profile accurate; maintain a single consumer account; keep your device and login secure; promptly update settings/consents; and respect businesses’ redemption rules.
When using the App, you agree to:

Use it only for lawful purposes.

Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Not send spam or repeated unreasonable requests to businesses.

Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm any person or business.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, suspected fraud, abuse, or security risk.
You are responsible for ensuring that your discount requests relate only to lawful and permitted products. Requests for restricted or prohibited items will be blocked or removed without notice.

7. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account to send discount requests.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

You are responsible for device, data, and network charges. Enabling multi-factor authentication (if available) is recommended. We may send security alerts or require additional verification.

8. Communications & Notifications
​The App may send in-app, push, email, or SMS messages related to your requests (e.g., business replies, voucher reminders). You can manage non-essential notifications in settings. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and include an unsubscribe option.

9. User Content & License
You retain rights to the content you submit (e.g., your request text). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and share that content with the businesses you choose and to operate and improve the App. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or violates these Terms

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (except for user-generated content) belong to Basaamad Co or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant). For your App account and usage data, Basaamad Co acts as independent controller. When you choose a business and send a request, that business becomes an independent controller for the personal data it receives from you; its own privacy notice applies.

12. Fees

The App is currently free for consumer use.

We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future, in which case you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline before continuing to use the App.

If fees are introduced, we will notify you in advance and you may stop using and delete your account before the change takes effect.

13. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

The content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

Any transactions you enter into with them.
App stores & devices. Your download and use of the App may also be governed by the terms of Apple App Store or Google Play, who are not responsible for providing any maintenance or support for the App.
Networks. Availability may depend on your device, OS, and carrier. We are not responsible for carrier/network outages.

14. Termination
​We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. We may also suspend the App to address security, fraud, or compliance risks. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends and we may delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to use the App for unlawful, adult, violent, or restricted content, or that otherwise violate content standards required by Apple, Google, or applicable law.

​15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and we make no warranties (express or implied). We are not responsible for third-party services (businesses, app stores, carriers) or for business decisions, offers, or redemptions.

We are liable only for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable skill and care. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Subject to the paragraph below and to the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms is limited to the greater of:

€50 (or the equivalent in local currency); or

the total amount you have paid to us for use of the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) wilful misconduct or, where not permitted to be limited under applicable law, gross negligence; or
(d) any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We are not liable for any action taken to restrict, remove, or report prohibited content or users, including actions required for compliance with app-store policies or local regulations.

16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Basaamad Co, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims and costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the App, or disputes with a business. We may assume control of the defense; you will cooperate.

​17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your country of residence. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

18. International Use
The App is accessible worldwide, but we do not guarantee that it is appropriate or available for use in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws. We do not represent the App is lawful in every location; where local law prohibits certain features, you must not use those features.
The App may not be used in jurisdictions that prohibit or restrict digital services related to consumer discounts or promotions. Users must comply with all local age, product, and advertising restrictions.

19. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you object, stop using the App and delete your account before the effective date. Continuing to use the App after the effective date means you accept the changes.

20. Miscellaneous
Notices. We may send notices via the App, email, or push.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a transaction.
Severability & Waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective; failure to enforce is not a waiver.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement for the App.
Open Source. The App may include open-source components; related licenses govern those components.

21. Prohibited Products and Content
Users must not use Bonoos to request or reference:

Adult, sexual, or pornographic materials

Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or drug-related products

Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or replicas

Hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
-
Any other material restricted by Apple, Google, or applicable law
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
